Let's Make a Mouse House!

Service Description

Class fee: $150 for aprox. 4 hour of class time. 1 class per week. Each class is aprox 1 hour long. Class Description: This unique and super fun class walks you or your child through my process of making a Mouse House! This class meets 1 day a week, for aprox 1 hour long, across a total of 4 weeks. Students will take home their completed Mouse House at the end of the 4 week course. No 2 houses will be the same! Each house starts with a paperboard suitcase box, which we will decorate and furnish! Furnishings will be hand made via sewing machine. hand sewing, glueing, and painting. All materials will be supplied. *I have never taught this class, so additional time may be added in order to complete this project. Class Requirement: The Beginner Sewing class is required if you are new to sewing. Ages: 4th grade and up! I teach kids, teens, and adults. Parents are welcome to sign up for sewing classes with their kid(s) for a fun family experience! Adults not taking classes with their children will be added to an adults only class. *Adults are considered 18 years+ at the Sewing Club Studio. Supplies: Please bring your own sewing machine, 4 bobbins, and various colors of thread (black, white, beige, red). Each student must have their own sewing machine (no sharing). All other materials needed for class will be be provided for in-class use. A detailed supply list will be e-mailed upon class booking, along with student waiver. Class location: Please note all classes are in my home. I have kids, a house bunny rabbit, a small friendly dog, and a pool in the backyard. Drop-off permitted, as long as the child is picked up at the class end time promptly. 1 parent/guardian is allowed to hang out during the class (at the kitchen counter or on the front patio) if desired. Payment/Cancelation/Rescheduling policy: I currently accept cash, venmo, and apple pay payments, and working to get approved with PCA Chater school as a approved vendor. Payment is due upon the first day of class. As a mom to 4, I know that life can happen! I do not currently have a cancelation fee. If you need to cancel a class, let me know. If for some reason I need to cancel a class, I will notify all students as soon as possible, so we can re-schedule the missed class.
